Go vegan for your health, whole food plant based. Go vegan for the animals. Go vegan for the planet. Go vegan and be healthier and happier. A lower risk of heart disease and cancer for you and a better planet for everyone, human and animals. Eating healthy is not a diet it is a healthy life style. Go out and look around. The vast majority of people you see are obese or al least over weight. People do not need to be fat shamed BUT being over weight is not healthy and leads to a host of illnesses. When you look around you can see all the unhealthy people without taking a blood test or a fitness test "NORMAL" for the average American is "UNHEALTHY" The health of society is in decline.

There is only 1 reason to ‘’Go Vegan’’ and that by definition is for animals, not health, environment etc they are added benefits, although Mass Global Deforestation(MGD) causing the 6th mass extinction of Wild Animals means Ecological health should be our main focus for Vegans now, if not decades ago!. 🌻🌎✊🏽

Re ‘’energy’’, 37 years ago I was on an approx 85% raw & 85% fruit diet( been Vegan for 39 years), and I literally had too much energy, to the point that I decided to add more cooked food to my diet to get control of my energy levels, far out man I can’t even believe that happened to me but it did! ✊🏽🌻🌎

Cause of the Cheese. Cheese (milk) contains Casomorphine. Which is an Opioid. It is in there to make the calf drink their mothers milk. It hooks them. And does the same with people

I don't really like the taste of nooch all that much and didn't eat it for years after becoming vegan. I started eating it a few years ago to boost nutrient intake and mostly use it in hummus and nourish bowls or in a herb and spice mix to sprinkle on mess food at work. You nearly scared me off it again with this so I had to look up the potential negative side effects!. According to WebMD and a few other respected medical sites, although there are a few negative side effects, if you don't experience any, then it should be okay to eat nooch.

i was expecting a better answer for ultimate breakfast, just have some fruit, 500 to 1000grams of watermelon for example. any of the nice fruits you can eat with no processing.

Fruit lacks substance, simply not sufficient or even remotely satiating, let alone until dinner. Besides, why watermelon of all things? Might as well drink plain water. Bananas would make it last longer.

@@Kristers_K Satiety comes from eating enough calories and volumes so it is possible on fruit. 1kg watermelon is not enough calories to last for hours for sure. Need at least 2kg of watermelon " let alone until dinner" It is not unhealthy to eat more than 3 meals a day. There is no essentiel nutrients in others plants foods that arent present in fruits.
