Thank you for the time and effort you spent on this project! I appreciate you sharing it with us. I enjoyed watching a great rebuild. I plan on rebuilding my quincy 230 someday.

Lol i thought i had about thrown a rod on my first quincy 210 same ROC as this one, when i moved the flywheel and it knocked like that. then i realized it was just the oil pump drive. also youre supposed to pound a wedge in that gap on the flywheel to spread it. sorry kind of laughed when you tried those tank bungs with the adjustable. if you only knew how hard of a time i had removing some on a similar tank, lol

Great video! Thank you for uploading. Did you have any issues with the alignment of the belt? also it looks like there is not enough tension on it. Are you satisfied with pressure output? Greetings

The alignment was fine, but you are correct that there was not enough tension. I did adjust it a few times and now it runs with much less flex. The pressure output is fine for my use (~100psi), but I could see a two-stage pump being really useful as well.

Adjustable wrenches, channel-locks, pipe wrench, rubber hammer. Geez, I don’t want this guy working on my stuff.

Same tools every mechanic uses on a daily basis. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. You seemed to have left out the critical tool for this job he needed which was the torque wrench. In the real world, it isn't unicorns and pixie dust.

Can you say "pressure spray"? :-)

Tu compresora suena como una matraca ,,,,,,,

Excellent observation! It turns out the rattle was from the new check valve I installed which had a metal valve. I installed a new one with a nylon valve and its much quieter!
