As a female adult who is starting to become a cartoonist who works from home, is constantly lonely, can not land a date but uses my many depreciating experiences as source for my work and adopted a cat...I can tell you I didn't see this coming until I was here but I sort of became John Arbuckle.

I really thought this was gonna be the "haha Jon is craaazy" overplayed take I've seen so many times but I ended up genuinely invested in Jon's well being and happiness?? Which is seriously impressive because for the majority of the film you do a really good job of portraying Jon as this rather pathetic not necessarily likeable character and then do the best twist you possibly could, making Jon connect with the audience in a way that is sincere and believable. I'm just very impressed with how heartwarming this was and how your characterization really landed.

The audio quality could have been better at times, but when it came to understanding things, I felt it was fine? The party scene was the hardest to understand, but thats well, understandable for a party scene with loud music. I think the only time I had to rewind and listen was when Lyman spoke after the awkward silence. Was a hair hard to understand, but it wasn't enough to put me out of it. But for a project only over the span of a month? I think it was a pretty great job. The pacing was nice and the knowhow of Garfield from Quinton was really top notch. They really did great with what they did. But yeah Bless good subtitles regardless. Always good to have.

Quinton, I have been a Garfield fan since I could find his books in the school library in the 90s. I also read the entire first 10 years of the newspaper strip. So as someone very familiar with the early days of Garfield, it is really really great to see you honor the beginning of Jim Davis' career.
