ఆరోగ్యానికి అల్లం పులుసు (Ginger Stew for Health) Preparation, As you know we are facing cold and cough now a days regularly, This will help us to get Relief from them,
Tasty, Spicy and healthy. As ginger has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects and its a part of our food from old days to till moderan food habits
**Ingredients used in making అల్లం పులుసు (Ginger Stew)
1.Big oninon (1)
2.Ginger peeled and cut into small pieces (150 Grams or higher based on cooking and family)
3.Garlic (2 peeled )
4.Table Spoon Jeera
5.Tamrid (Approx 50gm Or small size ball)
6.Salt
7.Chilli poweder
