Cut to me trying to put on plate male by myself so i can walk around in 60 lbs of metal for my workout. I didn't think it was weird. Apparently i was wrong. I also understand why knights had squires to help put on their armor. Its damn near impossible to put on alone quickly. To my dismay im too thicc to fit in the armor still. So i need to lose weight. TTATT But soon i will be jogging around my Appartment in my armor ^.^

@@ODST626 That's why they make weighted vests and wrist, arm, leg and ankle weights, all in various weights.
@ODST6263 жыл бұрын
@@Deconstruction_Administrator yeah but its not as satisfying as running around in plate male. People think that they were stiff but they are surprisingly flexible. Seeing someone in plate male sprinting you down is terrifying.
@Deconstruction_Administrator3 жыл бұрын
@@ODST626 Maybe so, but at that point it's not actually being used for working out, so much as it's used for an intimidation display.

Pumice on cracked feet feels good to me, am I alone on that prospect?
@truekurayami3 жыл бұрын
Do you grind it against your feet like a nail file, or do you add it to your shower? If the first I don't think so but it isn't for me, if it is the second I find it enjoyable most of the time as it gives the same sensation as walking along the submerged section of a beach, without it getting stuck between my toes.
@TheDurid13 жыл бұрын
When a callus is thick enough. I usually have to use a file on some of my foot ones every other month or so.
@zyanidwarfare56343 жыл бұрын
I hate doing that, everyone in my family except my little sister hates that, we prefer leaving our feet as is, toughened to the point we can walk down the gravel driveway without wincing in pain
@cripto1303 жыл бұрын
@@truekurayami you want to soak your feet first on raw pumice, it softens the rough skin and makes it easier to peel it off so you dont damage the healthy skin as much. its honestly most efficient to do it at the end of taking a hot shower because you wont get the broken up grains mixed in your bath water, if you use natural pumice it will also get worn down into a better shape to match your foot, so if you can find one that is 3-4 sided you can gradually wear each side down until it is contoured to that spot. i have one for my heel, one for my toes, and one for my hands. and then use the edges for reaching between fingers/toes
