That's the reason that fellow had it parked in the driveway. He rode it hard and put it away wet many many times. Save yourself some heartache and drive for Ace and end all those sleepless nights. Merry Xmas you folks.

I think I believe what you’re saying. He was a terrible care taker. Didn’t take care of nothing. I drive a 25 year old truck bought new. Cost a lot to keep them up for sure. Best of luck Steven and bumbles. Merry Christmas. I am done for the 😊year.

Dear Mr. Bill Todd, thank you! We appreciate your understanding. However, we are too far into it now. We have to see it through even if we have to build it from the ground up. It is worthless if we don't fix it because we would never sell someone else a piece of junk. Thanks for watching and commenting. Merry Christmas! Ruthie B. Howard 12/23/24

soapy water the discharge line, the stratoflex lines get porus and hard and will cause slow air building and burn up the air compressor. axle vents clogged cause wheel seal failures. that diff plug metal is normal. check the bottom one for big chunks. if fine metal you should be good.

@@bigbellyrebuilds2778 Steven if both rearends need to be replaced might be better to switch to 2.64 ratio and just run truck in direct at 55 and 60 mph and really be able to pull rpm down at 70 plus mph.

Yes that's another indicator of things going on in your rear ends . wheel seals leaking . hope the wheel bearings where kept at zero clearance . is there any play in the wheel bearings with the wheels on . up and down movement . ya if you jacked it up it has loose bearings if it starts leaking . im wasting my time you know what your doing bro . sucks finding this kind of $hitt . your rear ends mite be ok . maybe a pour mechanic did a bad bearing install . hate those mechanics . nobody touches my stuff anymore . i also wasted money on pour mechanic habits . they can wreck your stuff and then you gotta pay them .

Thank you, Mr. Patrick, for all that you wrote! Appreciate you sharing your own experiences. Sorry you also had some bad experience yourself. Steven wants to be able to do all his own work. He doesn't trust anyone! Period. That being said, we are having the drive shaft rebuilt by FleetPride in Nashville. That is the ONLY THING that Steven cannot do himself at the house -- and that is only because he does not have the tools. But everything else going on with the truck right now -- he is taking care of himself. Thanks for commenting! Merry Christmas! Steven and Ruthie 12/24/24
