@@sdibello88 Also, just being too close to the situation. For us, looking at this through the wider lens of a Pro Revenge story, we can see this for what it is. Sexual harassment. We see right through thus guy in seconds, but again, we have a wider lens. But in the moment, when it's happening to you, it can be hard to see the bigger picture. And I get the sense that OP just wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I can relate. I try to do the same, and yeah, it has bitten me in the ass a few times. That was some beautiful karma. Jane just couldn't help herself and stop running her foul entitled mouth. Reminds me of someone I used to know. I had a former colleague of mine (let's call her Molly) who was so disorganized and all over the place that she never read her messages or would ask the same questions over and over again. If Molly wasn't the one talking, she would tune out the other person or people speaking but expected the utmost respect as well as undivided attention whenever she was running her mouth full of tobacco-stained teeth. During our conference calls, Molly would often make a fool of herself by asking questions that were already covered via e-mail or memos (that she never bothered to read) but was too busy rattling off at the mouth, hearing the sound of her own voice to realize she had just stepped in it. She was also a shameless suck-up. There wasn't enough foundation in the world to cover the brown on her nose. Molly was often so far off base, her responses were either completely out of context at best or wildly inaccurate at worst. Sometimes she went for the daily double and killed both of those birds with one stone. It was like dealing with Phoebe Buffay from Friends or Chrissy Snow from Three's Company, but she was neither charming nor cute. During face-to-face meetings, when people were looking around the room or back at her quizzically, Molly would often try to unsuccessfully brush off whatever inane thing she said as a joke. It was clear, to anyone even half-heartedly paying attention, that she had no clue what she was talking about and hadn't prepared for any of the meetings, like, by in the very least, reading her frigging e-mails and memos. Her cluelessness would have been funny if it wasn't so damn utterly pathetic. I remember one particular instance, when I was on a conference call with her and several colleagues, where Molly took advantage of the brief pause in conversation, decided to start rattling off again. I finally said: “Respectfully, I believe so-and-so wasn't finished talking.” Molly was floored that I politely called her out on being an arrogant blowhard full of hot air. The conference call continued with very little interjection from her. I can only suspect Molly was partially seething as well as pouting that she was interrupted during one of her infamous impromptu “I, me, my” monologues. When it was all said and done, she snootily said in a tone reminiscent of a spoiled middle school mean girl: Molly: “Well, why didn't you say so in the first place?” I plainly but politely responded: “I tried multiple times but I kept getting interrupted.” That was my none too subtle way of letting her know that I was sick of her trying to hijack every group discussion, whether it be a conference call or casual chat, and turn it into one of her spotlight performances. Molly eventually was fired for misappropriation of company funds and for use of an unsecured device to access classified and confidential documents. She was also a huge credit thief and loved stealing other people's ideas. I never saw a project manager get shuffled around as much as her. Literally no one wanted to work with her. I later found out, the reason why she stayed with the company as long as she did was because [wait for it] she was screwing one of the higher-ups. Naturally, both of them were married... to other people. Her lover, who had an established career and, unlike her, was an actual asset to the company, was “transferred” to another location. His position was filled by a no-nonsense woman. Upon learning she wouldn't be able to use her feminine wiles to get her way anymore and would [gasp] actually have to do her job, I think Molly nearly crapped a brick in her granny panties. To give credit where credit’s due, Molly was on her best behavior. For a while. She was on time, didn't take extended lunch breaks and, to my genuine surprise, made a feeble but seemingly noble attempt at getting along with her co-workers. She even contributed semi-decent work to all projects she was involved in. However, thanks to her grandiose ego, playing by the rules and managing the status quo never appealed to her because [shocker] she thought she was better than everyone else. Thus Molly had the unrealistic expectation that she had to be the queen bee in charge of the hive or at the top of the totem pole despite not having earned her position in the hierarchy. Before I started noticing all of her toxic red flags, I used to think she was quite the lovely professional, funny lady, but it was all an act. In reality, she was a truly vile excuse for a human being who would have sold her own children up the river to get what she wanted.

Story 1: Something similar happened to me at my last job. Our manager, Elizabeth, had been a thorn in the side of many people for many years. She was a micromanager and, overall, a very annoying person. However, that’s putting it mildly. Five people from our team had quit citing her specifically in their resignations. One of our leaders got fired because she was trying to get them out so her friend could take their job. He spectacularly left the building while calling her a c*nt. I later texted him that it was entirely unfair. C*nts are warm and inviting, while Elizabeth is neither. Eventually, a few of us on our team started getting emails from corporate HR. I had a discussion with them in a conference room. I admitted that Elizabeth is a bit prickly; also, I had some issues with her, but I’ve had worse managers. However, I did admit some days she’s OK, and some days I would admittedly use her as a human shield in a hostage crisis. Later on, she got into a screaming match with one of the top managers of the company. I was out on medical leave and had surgery that day. As soon as I turned my phone on, it started blowing up, stating that she had quit. I wish I had been there that day.😂

That second story reminds me of a guy I used to work with. Long story short he had a history of serious, crippling alcohol abuse and appeared to have finally lost the battle. He relapsed hard, threatened his wife (who also worked with us) on social media as well as work email accounts. Divorced, lost the house, lost the kids, he ended up putting on like 200lbs and moving back into his parents' basement. And he's pushing 50 now. Story 2: Pretty sure it's supposed to be pronounced Victor Freeze. "Victor" and "Nora"'s names are clearly Batman references, and his actual last name is spelled Fries, but pronounced freeze in the comic book.

S2 We really, really need to start normalizing the idea that men can, do, and are sexually harassed so guys can notice faster and shut that crap down asap. I'm so glad OP was able to Hulk Smash that creep's soul into oblivion.

Dude, in S2, OP should’ve just left after the creep pulled and ripped his shirt off. I think that could be called an assault since he basically grabbed you. Not by your body, but still. Not to mention destruction of property. He also shouldn’t even return to lift weights and took his shirt off like he ordered! God, even paying him money!! Like he said, he’s an idiot. But at least that asshole got what he deserved in the end.

I think it would be kinda cool of rSlash used viewer submitted photos for his thumbnails. For instance, he could ask his subscribers to send him pictures of someone yelling and he randomly chooses photos over time of his fans, making the faces he requests for different uploads. I'm sure some people would get really creative, especially for the Karen photos.

3rd story: That's why I triple check the measurements I take myself. I've never assumed that I got them on the first try. If I'm still in doubt (if it's a project I've never done before/something I haven't done in like a year or so), I'll ask someone to double-check, just in case. It's just that I hate making mistakes. It's even worse when it's an expensive one at that.(I have a history of breaking things the first time I use them, like my first computer. It's not fun to do)

I highly doubt the Victor Fries joke is coincidental. Victor Fries (pronounced Freeze) is the real name of Batman supervillain Mr. Freeze. Nora, the name of the wife in the story is also the name of Mr. Freeze’s wife who is his whole motivation for being a super villain as she has an illness and he freezes her so he may be able to save her. Great reference from that OP.

For the second story, Victor sounds like a manipulative asshole and OP is a victim. Criticising how OP reacted and kept interacting with him does nothing, maybe some things could have been done better but people do stupid things when put into potentially dangerous situations and when around people like that. As for the revenge, the dude was already doing stuff wrong, OP just brought it to light, so absolutely did not go too far like some people are saying.

Though, dude...That Victor was a grade A creep, and if he's unhappy in his marriage because his wife is a prude he really should have just left and found a SO that would actually have the same appetite as his thirsty self. This might be an unpopular opinion, but I think the story with Victor counts as revenge porn. Yes, he was a creep for being a sex pest, yes he opened himself up to it by sending unsolicited photos, yes he was being unfaithful behind his wife's back. But at the end of the day... I don't think 2 wrongs make a right. The photos should've been privately sent to his wife or something, not made public.
