R32 Nissan Skyline JIS Battery Replacement(Prius AC Delco Battery)

Just a quick little video on a stateside battery that fits the R32 Skyline that I found for pretty cheap.
*****I know that I could have cut the terminals and put universal connectors on and and ran a Honda battery. I chose to do this and not chop up the connectors.

Isn't that a 35-1? That's the advance auto number I use to work for them

It's closer to a Honda 51R series battery but with the smaller JIS terminals like a Prius has.

@@DIYAUTOCAR ah the terminals were your issue? I would have bought 2 negative terminals (doesnt matter) from my nearest toyota dealer and switched them up if that was the case. Dope car, I had looked into getting an r32 non turbo, heard it takes a special octane we dont have? How have you been doing with that? Part sourcing an issue?

I have heard people mention the fuel thing but I haven't had any issues with that. Since it's currently non turbo I just run regular in it. When I turbo it, I will switch to 93. As far as parts sourcing, it hasn't been too bad. I was able to find everything for my manual swap and turbo build here locally or on ebay. The engines from these cars get swapped into cars here so they are somewhat available. A lot of stuff will interchange with a 240sx or a 300zx. Overall it hasn't been bad at all.

I use a 2001 Honda Accord battery.
