Wrap some lead round the bell housing?

Maybe a bit of grease on the spline would help the noise.😮

Hi Mike, great potential with this well thought out rig, thanks very much for sharing. In your final interation when fully fettled, for all of our sakes and your own if not planning, please consider a simple PTO shaft type guard on the drive shaft or fixed cage if not practical. Even a low power output eMotor driven drive shaft has the potential to do some considerable damage if accidentally caught up in. :-)

Nice shaft you've got there! Great setup. I was quite surprised you can get gears without a clutch especially reverse. Would be interesting to see the output shaft (maybe with a spline painted white - something to identify movement), to see the difference in rotation as you go through the gears.

It just shows the synchronisers are working well - the R380 has synchro on reverse too

JP must hate you coming down every day - I'm surprised he doesn't switch off the lights and hide behind the sofa
