Blessed Beloved Beauties! Exhale Day - 31 is so nice. I feel refreshed, energized , calm and at peace! How do you all feel? I cannot believe this video is from 6 years ago. I joined the YWA (yoga with Adrienne community) 4 years ago and it's my first time experiencing this jewel .💎 Ah, I can return to all my grading now for my collegiate level students. Everything is due by 11:59 P.M. EST. I have been working since 3:00 A.M. I had a break at 6:06 A.M. for a short Kemetic Yoga Session and for some yummy strawberry 🍓 granola cereal. My second break began at 8:00 A.M. (I was falling asleep at my desk). Yoga is so sweet for a grading break. Best wishes, everyone ( I sure need some well wishes it today)! 🦋❤️🦋

Ah, I'm grateful for the opportunity to work from home and show up as my authentic self. Yet, I'm still seeking balance. There are several final projects to grade, too. I ran into a techie issue with them. There's something going on with that platform, so I generated a ticket and told my supervisor. He told me not to worry the corporate office will reopen that platform for me on Monday, so the techie issue is technically a blessing. Once I conclude with those assignments I have to prepare for the next term which begins next week. Thankfully, it's Tues, Thurs & Friday, so I have one more day to prepare and get plenty of rest. I ran into a techie issue with one of the university platforms and I could not finish grading final projects, yet it was a blessing because it took all night to finalize other grades, ugh! Ah, yet I inhale and exhale. I know it's a blessing to work from home. This term I will have more balance for self-care. How is your week going?

I started yoga a few months ago, desperate to find something to soothe my constant aching spine. I live with scoliosis and I've never taken care of my back and worked to keep it strong. Other exercise (crunches, push ups, etc) are too intense for me and always made it worse, especially my neck. I started with a couple of other channels before I found yours and I've been doing daily yoga for months now, with little to no back pain!! If I start hurting, I follow your instruction in your yoga for your back videos and it almost always helps. It's helped with my depression, I've lost weight, my posture is improving (it was bad) and my back feels better than it has since I was a kid. Thank you Adrienne and I hope you continue to make videos for a long time to come! :) 🙏

No words have ever been more true. I don't think I can truly genuinely express how greatful I am for you and these yoga videos of yours, Ms. Adrienne. Thank you so very much. I've been interested in yoga since last year. Through ECQ, I was able to dig deeper and explore more on with what I can from yoga. Honestly, I came for breathework and stretchings as I'm quite petite. But really, not just with routines, I'm also learnings mood shifts and patience in compassion. Mood shifts in a sense that I'm more positive and fulfilled when I practice yoga. Patience and compassion practiced not just through routines but also as applied in my mind. I managed to show up for myself almost every day since January, and now can’t believe it’s the end of Exhale! One of the many elements that make your practices so awesome is that if we’re consistent, we get to a natural flow of movement, I’ve found myself on multiple occasions moving into the exact posture you went for next, and I’m a novice at yoga, so this is even a greater testament to how well-thought the series are - if you really show up for yourself every day (another really powerful detail!), you get to an organic flow of movement and it feels amazing! It’s helps that you’re a genuine person and all the other things that I think the community you’ve built has already confirmed time and again, but for me this realisation has put a big smile on my face 😊. Looking forward to April’s calendar! 💜

Exhale 2024 day 31 I’m thrilled to complete 3 months of daily yoga! My goal this year was to stop letting occasional changes in routine interrupt a daily practice. Feeling good that I’m learning how to still hit the mat daily even with trips or visitors. 😊

Exhale, March 31, 2024. Day 31, the end of this month's Exhale practice. This is not of my favored poses but I stuck with it. Still not of the favs especially after pushing my body beyond what I should have from hours of spring cleaning and prepping for Easter. Felt the effects and I probably should have switched out today's practice with another less painful but I wanted to see this one to it's finish. Going to be kind to myself and enjoy the day. I'm confused by your comment Mich Elle.. Are you really saying that "Eastern Hindu Yoga" is only for the Hindus? So it's not allowed to be practiced by anyone else that is fascinated by their culture and mindfulness practices? Same goes for Easter. I'm not Christian, but I love to celebrate Easter festivities with my 4,5 year old girl (who isn't a Christian either). Are we in the wrong for doing that? I've been practicing along with your videos for a few years now. I just wanted to say, "Thank you.". They have helped me with my chronic lower back pain and sciatica. They have also helped me get rid of my chronic migraine headaches, almost completely. I am planning to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail next year. Georgia to Maine, roughly 2,200 miles, 14 states. So do I. I had a spinal fusion done about five yrs ago to correct it so its hard for me to do some of these poses because I cant round out my spine as much anymore but yoga is still helpful in getting my flexibility back :)

I'm suffering from heavy ambrosia allergies, and I'm taking some meds for it, thus my nose is off and on throughout the day for the last weeks of Aug and for the 2 weeks of Sep... I have trouble sleeping bc of that, and generally, my life turns into a slow-burning limbo during these 2 months every year, but today, this pose - helped with my stuffed nose, with the allergy and with overall breathing! I'm doing your vids every day since the beginning of 2020, I dunno how I've never done this particular video before, but bless you Adriene, bless you so hard for helping me breathe again!

Especially me when I do jogging for about 30 minutes it feels like I'm about to collapse and fall in the middle of the park. This exercise is what I need. Thanks so much!
