I know how it feels to be put down for not following the status quo, and I firmly believe that if one follows the principles of making sure the bunny is healthy and happy, then that's what matters most. Free roaming isn't always most suitable or safe. I'm all about what's practical, even if it means upsetting those who feel it's their way or the highway. ♥

I mean I don't know others Bunny's care advising channels, well of course I enjoy to watch cute scenes with Holland Lop as they are pet-respectful (I cannot bear that people dress/disguise Them even give bath ⁉️🤦‍♀️) but Diane used to warmly welcome her viewers, sharing her reliable knowledges she takes time and care to update as needed with humility and kindness and an indubitable love for Bunnies. I swear by tunnels! I have a cat tunnel that I can shape into a complete circle, or unzip in half to have two smaller tunnels. It's my rabbit's favorite. They also really like cardboard boxes I cut two or more holes in. They use it to chew on, sleep on, sleep under, and hide for safety if something spooks them. And usually, it's just a box I get when I order from Amazon or Chewy.

I think my bunny's favorite product is willow balls! He will sit & chew & destroy & eat it all! The last room was my favorite but I do like having my bunny's enclosure in my living room because I get to see him so much more& he can free roam whenever I'm home. I dont think I'd have a separate room for him because I wouldn't get to see him as much. Though I'm sure my husband would complain less haha my living room has turned into a bunny paradise! I will try to get photos when I get it cleaned up.

Must own product are litter box related! The ikea litter boxes you guys saw the video, there the black ones and Natures miracle cage cleaner for the litter boxes. That’s the best and safest product you can buy for cleaning litter boxes and it works soooo good!

I was going to move but due to lockdown I'm stuck at my parents home and I got a bunny before going away so we now share my room, Maru is still a month old so he has a pen and he's trying hard to learn the litter box rules, such a good boy. Should I refrain from doing this due to the fact that my buck chews everything (and possibly eats the cloth materials I give him)? I like to lay in your back and just lay there until he comes up and when he does don’t touch him just let him sniff you and hop around you and maybe move your hand closer to him! And give lots of treats by hand:) that worked with my bunno!

Start by just sitting on the floor with bunny.Every day. Pet him when he comes close. Give him a little time but if he never comes close, you will have to make the first move and give him some head rubs. Don't make the mistake of leaving him alone because he will be healthier and happier when he forms a bond with you. Roll a ball at him and he will soon start rolling it back. Some rabbits like smooth balls that they push- mine likes a ball he can fling with his teeth. This is a great bonding game. Move on to picking him up whilst sitting on the floor so he knows he can still get away. Pick him up slowly so he doesnt feel like he is bungee jumping. Don't worry if he scrabbles away immediately. or gets cross with you. Just handle him a little every day and feed him treats by hand. I had a couple of treats that my abused rescue bunny only got when he was being held so he associated cuddles with something nice. Rabbits learn routine quite quickly and if you always do things in the same order he will become confident by knowing what is coming next. It took about 2 years for my bunny to completely stop being terrified of everything.

These are so neat! I plan on redoing my bunny’s pen area and this gives me lots of ideas. Right now I’m using carpet for his flooring but lately he has been refusing to use his litter box. I keep having to replace his carpet every month. Any suggestions for flooring that’s easily cleanable?

Hello! New bunny owner looking for ideas for our bun's home. I love the scatterproof litterbox in Milly's setup, but wondering if this affects their ability to eat Cecotropes? Also, I'd love to see a video with tips to bond to your bunny. We're absolutely in love with our new little holland lop, but we're all so eager to pick her up and cuddle her and play with her that I worry maybe we're being too much. She was handled and socialized well at her first home so she seems okay with it, but it would be great to have some more tips! We absolutely love your channel!

My bunnies usually pass their cecotropes while not in their litter box, and most cecal pellets are too large to fall right through the grates anyhow. As far as handling, I suggest taking cues from your bunny. A bunny eager to explore and receive pets is a good sign that it isn't being overstimulated.

Why are so many rabits in the USA kept solo without a bunny friend. In the Netherlands where I'm from most bunny lovers always advice to keep two rabits. To keep a rabit by it's own even when it's very human orientated and kept inside they should always have a rabit friend. What are you're alls thoughts on this?
