I have the same model Porsche and am about to run in an up and coming Series. Here's the thing there thou, is no way I can get those wide tyres under the back. My Guards are maxed out with 10mm wide tyres. What and how did he get those to fit? When he changed Chassis to White did the dimensions change to allow the wider tyres? Mine has room on the non geared side only. Very informative video and a big help for a person racing into his second year of club level slotting.

What spacers did he use for the front axle? The ones I have goes inside the chassis in the front axle!

Was the Porsche 908/3 actually a can am race car as I cannot find any historical evidence to suppose it did. The Porsche 908/2 did race with some success in can am 1968 ish.

It was not. However, the model has a lot of similarities, and we allow it to have more options in the class. The "Can-Am" is an illustrative name for the class.
