Definitely a good call on the spray foam insulation! Make sure it's good and outgassed before you spend any extended time indoors.

Thanks for watching out. I’ve heard horror stories but it seems to have worked out great! It aired out for days before they drywalled. On top of that the HVAC system does fresh air intake cycles and exchanges so that helps.

@@EvolutionAutocrosser change the filter weekly during construction or you might burn up the fan in the air handler once the filter gets clogged up with sawdust, plaster dust, etc.

@@willecutlip Very valid point! In my case I don't think the HVAC was run until after all major construction and painting was completed. At that point it was just flooring, fixtures, and final touches.

This is coming along nicely. What was your well and septic situation out there? What was the cost on those systems.
@EvolutionAutocrosser2 жыл бұрын
Fortunately I didn't need to drill a well. We have special utility district for water known as Marilee SUD. As for the septic system, we went with an 800 gallon system that cost about $11,000 installed. I'll show that in a future video.

@@EvolutionAutocrosser that's awesome that you're close enough for a "city" water supply, but far enough to have those beautiful views!
