Super Bowl Stufffed Crust SUPREME PIZZA with White Sauce // Step by Step❤️

Once you start making your own homemade stuffed crust pizza you will never want to do it any other way. In this video, i show you how to make a delicious white sauce and dough. We love Super Supreme pizza because it has all the ingredients we love, but you can pick your own and top it with all the ingredients you love.
This pizza bakes in about 10 minutes and it doesn’t get better than that. If you choose to use a red pizza sauce instead of a white one, you can do that too. I hope you give this recipe a try. ❤️

DOUGH INGREDIENTS--------------------------
2 1/2 C. All purpose Flour
2 tsp Sugar
1 package Instant Dry Yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Dried Basil leaves
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
2 Tbs Extra virgin Olive Oil
1 C. warm water (about 100)
Olive oil for bowl
SAUCE INGREDIENTS-------------------
2 1/2 Tbs Butter
2 Tbs All purpose flour
1 1/2 C. WHOLE MILK
2 Finely minced Garlic cloves
1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/3 C. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt if needed
pepper flakes as needed (optional)
SAUSAGE INGREDIENTS---------------
1 Lb. Sweet Italian Sausage
1/2 tsp Crushed fennel Seed
1/2 tsp Crushed Basil
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed

●Mushroom slices (I used Baby Bella)
● Orange Bell Pepper as needed
● Purple Onion thin slices as needed
● Pepperoni slices as needed
● Pineapple Chunks as needed (optional)

It's so yummy 😋 it's like making ur very own Alfredo sauce. You will love ❤it trust me! I'm a fan of white sauce than over and red sauce. You don't have to worry about acid flux or adding sugar to cut the acidity. 😅

Genius to use the parchment to transfer but then remove after a few minutes for better crust browning! Best of both worlds. This is so much better than cornmeal on the bottom because I don't like the mouthfeel of grainy cornmeal on the bottom of my pizza!

Made this for the super bowl. My husband said it was excellent. However, I had to leave the parchment paper in the oven.. it was not coming out! The edges were toasted, but it didn't burn up in the oven. We'd never had a white sauce. Love your show. Go Chiefs.
