I don't know who needs to hear this, but Rachel has some of the best ab workouts. I've gotten hard abs like never before doing her workout routines!! Go do it go do it go do it if you wanna feel strong

Can I just say i think finding your channel was a blessing from above. We just went into a national lockdown again in the UK, and as someone who is at the gym almost everyday, not being able to go has really taken a toll on me mentally. I did chloe ting back in march and whilst I love her videos, I really wanted to look for something new. And this channel is perfect. I've been doing the 500 calorie burn cardio workout every other day, as well as this ab workout and I am obsessed! Especially because this ab workout, each exercise is super quick so it keeps you doing something different all the time and doesn't put too much strain on my neck. Sorry for the long comment haha just had to express my gratitude for these videos!

Thank you for your channel, Rachel! The style and music of the videos are very good. KZbin recommended it to me at the end of June and it has already become one of my favorites. I started your 30 day challenge, I'm on day 3 and it is really a challenge. Your channel was one of the only ones that I start to do the exercise and it seems like an hour has passed but I go to check the stopwatch and only 10 minutes have passed hahaha. The training is really hard. 🥵🥵🥵😂💕 Currently I'm trying to get out of the sedentary lifestyle, some exercises I adapt but soon I'll be able to do the whole set without rest like you. For me done is better than perfect and every day I'm looking for my best version. ❤️

i love your workouts so much, but these aesthetic stretch breaks just make me so happy! For one that i can take a break from feeling the burn, and secondly cause its so pretty

I'm dying and I'm only 1 minute in 😭 (P.S. Maybe you could put which moves we're doing in the bio so we can know what to do next when the timer is done)

Music was so gooood I won the mental battle but my abs are crying rn hahaha tysm for this When you have time would you be able to make more warmup/cooldown vids to switch things up? But but if it's all we need then my bad 😂💕

Hey,rache I'm kinda confused should I stick to full body workout for a period of time and focus on one thing at a time or juggle btw different workouts in a day like morning workouts n after school workout. Can you guide me on this :)
