omg water was dripping off my face doing this workout after doing abs workout. i felt the pulses in my cheeks a lot, well done again !!

This was soo good! I added a resistance band at the end and my booty and legs were buuurning, definitely gonna be sore tomorrow but really enjoyed it! Also loved the format/editing of the video and the cute timer! 😄

I love your workouts!! Please consider doing more 10 minute standing only workouts, my coworkers and I do them in hour 10 minute break at work. It's hard to find standing only workouts and we don't want to get down on our company's dirty floor ... thanks

omg, I just did this after doing the last low impact you posted thinking 'oh that will be a good finisher'... I AM DEAD, MY LEGS ARE GONE 😄
