Set of Dumbbells for arm exercises
(Tip: Choose a weight that challenges you in the last few reps! I am using 10 lb dumbbells)
This is a Full body pilates x strength x cardio workout. If you are looking for a pilates with dumbbells workout/full body pilates workout with weights, this is a fantastic routine to increase strength, cardio and flexibility. This will be part of a new 28 day wall pilates challenge coming this fall. This workout contains wall pilates exercises, standing pilates with weights to work on strength and balance, and the option to up the cardio challenge with provided modifications. This is a cardio workout no jumping if desired to make it a low impact cardio workout. This is a great at home cardio workout with weights, and is about 30 full body pilates with weights.
