Battling post Covid syndrome and for the first time in months starting to excercise. They said: do wall Pilates, it is easy 😂 my abs will disagree but I loved it and I love the calendar. Will be doing this this month and maybe next month the 123 calendar. Thank you so much for giving these workouts!

Just started, on the 3rd day because i just found your youtube channel. After doing the session for the 3rd day, I really like it. This is the kind of workout I was looking for, it doesn't make me out of breath 😂. Also the workout calendar is very helpful! thank you!!❤

i have been doing your wall pilates videos on and off (i miss 1-2 days in between) since the 1.5 months and earlier i could never get the "hip lift" or the full motion of the "teaser" movement but since the past 2-3 days i have been able to get them all in the full motion and i just cannot be happier. i am trying to lose some weight and although i haven't lost weight by the scale but my measurements have been slashed significantly, especially around my belly and belly pooch area (i know it's natural and i am NOT trying to hide or get rid of it but it protruded out too much due to my sudden weight gain). thank you so much for these videos! i am forever and ever grateful. 🎀

Typically a month of consistent exercise will help you feel/see progress! If weight loss is a goal, you need to be a in calorie deficit as well ❤️

Great Ab workout. I’m struggling to open links to the 30 day Hard challenge so did this to begin with. Plan doesn’t seem to want to download so can’t click on links - I’ll keep trying 🙄

Hi Rachel, I do get a lot of pain in my right hip when I do the exercises that require both legs 😌, do you know why or is there something wrong am doing? It's totally fine when I do with single leg...apart from that loved the routine and always enjoy the workouts.
