I have a LSD Conversion Kit from you installed on my e46 330i Touring. I have the problem that even on wet road, when i want wo exit a corner in a powerslide (2 or 3 gear Corner) the inner wheel starts spinning hard (no clutch kicks etc, just applying the throttle). Sometimes when I stay hard on the throttle it even makes a booming noise from the Diff. But when I initiate a drift through the steering and then very gently step on the gas, the differential locks.

What oil you use? Thats main thing you can use non ls oil to get more grip to it but it will (eat it faster)

Personally, I would rather compare it to at least €700 Wavetrac or perhaps €0 open diff with eLSD.

You nicely showed the friction plates are hard enough not to get shaved by gears but what about the gears themselves isn't it the same but you rather destroy the gears to preserve the plates? If there would be a special coating on the gears or some kind of extra plate attached to the gears I would trust this product.

Yes, there is. There is a nitrated layer on the surface. Also, the hardness of plates matching the gears so there is no wear.

well I ordered this kit for my e36 (small case) and didn't get the central pin. Is it something that I had to get and was forgotten or it wasn't included on propose. And I have a strange problem that on higher rpm (5-7k) this lsd kit "unlocks" and I do 1 wheel drift, but as soon as I lower the rpm and give it a little bit less throttle I continue the drift with both wheels. What do you think the problem is? Thanks.

Cetral pin is not included in the set for 168mm differential as the distance between large spider gears is big enough. From what you say, I will stiffen rear suspension and ARB. Also, you can add a bit if toe out on the rear as well.

Had it on my car with F16, you will not notice it's there in normal drive, it was working only when you start to lose traction

Is it the same as a lock right? Seems so for me.. How does it work on automatic gear? Is there any pushes during shifting the gears?

The physics all adds up. Wish you made 1 for dodge charger/challenger 195mm axles. Id buy no doubt. An "American" company has a "copy" of yours without the friction disks. Metal on metal no no to me.

Actually I would say it is even more essential for FWD cars. Once you experience benefits of LSD you can never go back to the open diff.
