I discovered this audio yesterday and listened before a quick afternoon nap 😄 For context, I tore my rotator cuff last year and have been dealing with residual pain during upper-body workouts. This morning, I went to the gym per usual for a 1 hour workout and experienced NO pain for the first time in 7 months!! I was just so excited to finally get through a workout pain-free that I didn't even put 2 and 2 together (that I had listened to this recording yesterday) until I was driving home from the gym. I know this isn't even a recording focused on pain, but that's apparently what my mind took it as. Thanks so much for making these audios available for free here on KZbin!

I’m listening to this to try and heal chronic nasal scabbing I’ve had intermittently for years. As I listened I could feel my nose tingling. My mother has blood cancer and now has lung cancer. She has a strong and positive mind set when it comes to health - was given five years to live, fourteen years ago! She has helped me realise the power of a positive mind set. The incessant interruptions by adverts were the scourge of KZbin meditation and hypnosis posts that completely sabotaged the benefits and caused many to give up listening. I believe that one of the posters ( maybe Jason Stephenson) took the matter up in a petition to ‘KZbin’ to stop this unacceptable practice and he says that they were taking notice, so presumably it worked and we all owe him a debt of gratitude for now finally being able to listen in peace. 👍

I am just very sad about the "Wealth" meditation that has gone from the list...why? that was my most favourite, I felt very lost without it when I switched on to do my ritual.
