I can't believe it but in between Zack's signature, formal introduction of the band and that nostalgic sound of Testify churning, I became choked up as I watched an anxious crowd, waiting to absolutely erupt, listening to a palpable passion, building. I must say, I discover new musicians and band, falling in love with many but after reading an article interviewing the zany Tim Commerford, discovering this concert release, I remember the difference in how I felt growing up with Rage Against the Machine. It's simply something ineffable. Thank you for helping me finding that feeling again, boys.

I listened to Rage right from their get go. I was young, didn’t understand the lyrics much, but the guitar, in your face bass riffs, and zachs screams really resonated in me. NOW though, 29 years later, as a father, and lower to SOMETIMES middle class citizen trying to survive in this bonkers economy with an even more bonkers government, with even more bonkers criminals that run it.... the lyrics mean so much. It’s like he was predicting the future.

God bless for Zack, Tom, Tim, Brand. This band means too much for me, my first song listened in a walkman, my first casette, they are part of me, RATM.
