@@duckduckgoismuchbetter I watched everything stargate. It took more than a year watching 1 episode a day with breaks. Binge watching everything would take about 300 hours or 2 months of 5-6 hours a day. Watching it once is enough for me.

@@mpittard21 Agreed. While there is value in leaving somethings a mystery in the lore of a fictional world (See Tom Bombadil of LotR) the makers of the Stargate and their respective lore is just too big to leave unexplored.

@@Ragitsu well playing god with other lives is never a good idea in the first place if they had solved every issue for humans and other species, they wouldve been regarded as nothing more than gods, whether they wanted them to or not. people would stop advancing, stop trying to solve their own problems and only look to the ancients for guidance and help. and as we’ve seen with the ori, the more people that worship ascended beings, the more powerful they would become. that could tempt some of them, and eventually lead them into becoming what the ori are. power is a hell of a drug theres some cases where their help seems,, kind of obligated yea, especially when their technology is involved. but once they start playing god and performing miracles, its an extremely slippery slope I mean Oma was already regarded as a holy figure in Jaffa culture just due to her helping people ascend. god knows what the galaxy would start believing if they just wiped the replicators or ori armies out

I do not understand while the auto generated subtitles in English every time stop in the middle of the tail and do not go forward? The beginning of the short is alway OK, but after a minute or two you cannot read what is beaing said as the subtitle keeps showing one of the previous statements. Do you have a virus in your posting or so?

That'd be a "bug", not a virus. I think it's because these aren't the original poster's property, and be glad it's not yanked offline. I think the owner knows this increases interest in SG-1, so folks go looking to watch it, or again, they make more money. Lather, rinse, repeat. It is in the end, just a few minutes of the show. Gotta go look for the full episode. Then the series. Then Atlantis. MORE MONEY! Leave it be they say.
