The plaintiff claims her upstairs neighbors, the defendants, make constant noise, which has prevented her from finding tenants. The plaintiff is suing for loss of rental income. The defendants argue they aren’t as disruptive as the plaintiff says.

I feel terrible for the neighbours but that women just needs someone to talk to her, acknowledge her or at least try to understand her situation have empathy... She's clearly saying she feels abandoned, obviously by her husband she doesn't have her son live with her for good reasons but that doesn't mean leave her lonely without support, if she was my neighbour I'd at least try to talk and see what's actually wrong and why is she feeling so angry and lonely... 😢 this case was sad:edit I think she could have spoken more if the husband wasn't there.

This is one of THE most if not THE most disturbing case of TPC I've seen. It sounds like she may have schizophrenia, or maybe bipolar depression. Obviously I'm not a doctor, but she needs SERIOUS help. So sad.

She feels abandoned in a country where she doesn't speak the language fluently and her husband has abandoned her. She clearly has issues with emotional regulation, but it doesn't make her Schizophrenic or Bipolar 2. Bipolar depression rarely includes rage and aggression. Bipolar disorder is too easily attributed to bad behaviour and as a sufferer, it's kind of annoying.

Just because someone acts the way some does doesn’t mean there’s “trauma” in the past. Many, many people have unhealed trauma, incidents myself, but we don’t act in any way like her. We don’t terrify and traumatize other people like her. She scares people, just like a possessed person, and no one I know acts that way just because of “unhealed trauma.” Some people just are mentally unstable because of genuine mental problems that isn’t caused by events or something else. Some people are simply truly mentally crazy!

If she was brought over on a fiance or marriage Visa, then her husband will be financially responsible for all her medical and mental care. If she receives any social services then he will be responsible for paying the government back. It's in the Visa agreement that was signed ed to get her over here to the USA. This is sooo triggering to watch! I had a similar situation with a neighbor who lived below me! For days in a row, she would scream to the top of lungs in agony and sometimes would say things like “stop it” or “you always do this.” You could hear banging, thumping, and things being thrown around. At one point the screams got so bad, I called the police because I genuinely thought she was being killed! They got there and she ended up just leaving with her presumed abusive boyfriend, but she claimed nothing happened. Till this day, I’m not sure if she was being beaten or if she was mentally ill, but to walk around as if you’re not causing ppl to think you’re being murder in your apartment is INSANE. They eventually moved out shortly after the incident, but the boyfriend was found to have criminal history. At one point before they moved out, he showed up at my front door. I think he somehow knew we called the police even though, there were neighbors on each side of them. I hope she’s doing okay.

A lady in my building started shouting and wailing every night for weeks. Finally she disappeared, and I'm glad to say she's back in her apartment and seems to have helpers visiting her every day. My friend said she saw her looking cheerful. These are cries for help!

This is so sad. I’m guessing she’s a mail order bride and she’s probably in this country alone and her husband and child are away from her. The man clearly can’t handle her…it’s seriously disturbing.
