I have a twin sister. We are in our late 40s. She looks 5+ years younger than me. She has been taking collagen for several years now. I didn't realize the difference until I saw a side by side photo of us together recently. I'd be upset, but now I know if it works for her it'll probably work for me too.
@goodsoup5862Ай бұрын
unless you're doing the same things as her; eating/drinking the same, have the same sleep quality, spend the same amount of time outside or have the same stress as her you can't put it down to collagen supplements.
@dlogs9778Ай бұрын
@goodsoup5862 I would agree with you, but I know our situation. I know the differences in our sun exposure length, food I take, and stress level. I attribute much of it to her collagen intake. Although I do appreciate the logic.

I had my first PRF treatment injections - whole face - a few ago weeks and I am amazed by the results! After 5 weeks my face suddenly rejuvenated. That baby fat filled up subtly my undereyes and cheeks in a way fillers can't do it. I had fillers before so I know the diffetence. Going for my second treatment this weekend and I intend to do 3 followed by a treatment every 6 months for maintenance. I want to thank you Dr Rajani as I decided to choose the PRF after watching your videos.

I have adopted a long time ago self facial tapping massage every morning. Usually 3-7 minutes - it is very pleasant. The shape of my face is almost the same as in my 40s ( I am 65) I am not exaggerating. as soon as I started skipping - preoccupied, work etc - gravity started showing it’s ugly head. I resumed a month ago - starting to see results… It has something to do with Dr. Rajani’sfacial fat balancing ( of sorts) and strengthening of muscles. Anyway - tapping massage is much better than the conventional - it dies not stretch the skin by pulling is all directions.

Glycine helps to synthesize the collagen studies say, if You will take 10g Glycine every day Your collagen synthesis will increase by 200%! I see that my face looks better after supplementing with glycine and collagen. The complection looks much better, skin under eyes has tighten and the blue shadows appear less present. I used it only last 3 weeks. They say the older You are while starting the supplementation with Glycine the longer it can take, since we loose Glycine more and more while aging.

Thanks for putting this information out there - you've helped my skin so much and maybe my Canadian is showing, but people being impolite (esp to people who are trying to help/give them information) just vexes me. I like that you delete nasty comments directed at others, but you don't deserve that kind of negativity either. I hope that people can get a grip on themselves and express their opinions politely in the comments. Our society seems to have forgotten that kindness is the best beauty aid - the internal ugliness that causes people to be pointlessly mean to others shows through regardless of how they look on the outside.

Dr R🧡 I discuss this with clients every day. I see fillers that look so unnatural every day as well. I teach my clients muscle work and lifting and it is a game changer for my clients and me. Facial yoga , micro current and wearing a wide brimmed hat!! As I always say… we have 42 muscles in our face and 43 with the neck. Massage creates oxygenation of skin cells and therefore collagen at any age. Use skincare that is Food For Your Skin. Thank you for always letting me share my holistic approaches. @rajanimdskincare Жыл бұрын
Yes I like red light but not too much heat. I believe prf does many many things. One of them is rejuvenate fat. This is how fat transfer works....or at least 1 of 3 theories. Fat does have a higher percentage of stem cells but peripheral blood is much easier to harvest. So yes ....fat restoration, lymphatic health and dermal thickness . PRF is performed in a series of three or four treatments, spaced six to eight weeks apart. Long-term effects, such as skin tightening, collagen production and enhanced skin quality, may take up to three to four months to be noticed and can last from six to 12 months. The visibility of expected benefits and results of the PRF treatment is typically seen after six weeks from initial treatment.

I'd love to catapult forward 10 years or so and see what new products have been developed - hopefully needless/knife-less facelifts LOL... this whole thing of trying to stay looking good is so damn expensive and stressful... (This channel is a life saver BTW.. I think every single person following you wishes they were a client! :) )

Oh yes, people who want to look fresh get hit hard by the aging process. Aging is not for sissies, or for people without a good sized wallet.

That alrwady exists!! Look up sculptural face lift! It sounds like it shoudknt work as well as it does, but it's MIRACULOUS! it's all natural, and the best thing is, it works for your emotional well being too. Basically because we don't get wrinkles because of bad skin etc, we get them because of things that affect us in our life.

@@factcheckingyourmum that's very interesting! Did a little research on it... Thank you!

There is this cream that was created especially to help fat cells on the face. The cream is called Adipeau. Do you have any opinion on that?

My skin aged terribly after having Covid. Easily added ten years on my looks. Very disheartening. I still look younger but nothing like before.

This happened to me too. It is as if it happened overnight leaving me speechless. Health is wealth. Take care and be well everyone.

@@ml8184 I’m just glad to have recovered. I’ve had it four times now. 🥹 Recently started doing Kundalini yoga. It’s a lot of breath work. Super effective getting my energy level back up. Hoping you have good recovery.

in which way did it age? you mean sagginess?

It's the vaccine. Fucked us up all! Everyone looks ten years older. Fuck Pfizer and AstraZeneca and all those scumbags.

@@sideshowmob became crepey. My whole body except my face. I was in bed for a month and never quit coughing. Constantly coughing. Nothing ever came out. It was weird. I even hung over the edge of my bed trying to drain my lungs. I caught that crap three more times. Never as bad as the first time though.

Hello, are you saying facial massage can help stimulate and "grow" the fat pads, due to the boost in circulation? That part wasn't clear to me. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this video my dear doctor. You look very nice in this shirt. Yes, sunscreen and no more cardio exercise make my face better. I will apply all these tips to get better. Have a nice weekend! Sending you lots of love and light.

So what happens as you age….if you stop them will your face be much worse and saggy? I’m scared of that happening or side effects. But my face is so thin and even worse now from bone loss….missing teeth 😢

According to Dr. R's recent video, fillers cause cancer!
