Purusham purusham vikshyam says Ayurveda -Each person is unique and shld be treated accordingly and here we are into genetics ,how wonderful. Truely grateful for podcast.

For first year i only focused on eradicating junk and fast food and started moving more. By the end of first year i started counting my calories and learned how to be in deficit. Also, after 18 month from starting i started lifting weight, All this sumup to the weight loss.
