Keeping hydrated and using sunscreen twice daily works for me. The riceberry sunscreen from liittllextra is the one I prefer right now, as it is perfect for people with oily/combination skin. It doesn't feel like a sunscreen, absorbs quickly and seamlessly and leaves a matte finish. Probably the only sunscreen that hasn't felt oily on my skin. I’m absolutely thrilled with it!

Will anyone measure that what is difference of uv inside and outside ¿ Internet says that uv below 4 is non harmful and if inside room with very little windows like Mumbai homes if it’s below 4-5 than hoax to apply.
