I am having a beer at 1 am in the night and watching this video. Surely, you have the skill of getting even a stone interested in cooking. The videos are educative, therapeutic and inspirational. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with the general public, usually Chefs would want to keep such skills to themselves so as to protect their exclusivity. More power to you Varun!!!

Thanks for this tutorial. Camera positioning has been excellent, your teaching and demonstrations have been spot on. Wonderful job Chef👌. BTW I would like to know whether this can be achieved with a vegetable chopper that I have recently purchased. Any inputs would be nice. I am 72 years old and have started cutting vegetables but think that achieving your level of dexterity in placing the knife to the vegetable would be a skill I wouldn't risk learning with my ageing hands and imperfect vision.
