BTW I would like to know whether this can be achieved with a vegetable chopper that I have recently purchased. Any inputs would be nice. I am 72 years old and have started cutting vegetables but think that achieving your level of dexterity in placing the knife to the vegetable would be a skill I wouldn't risk learning with my ageing hands and imperfect vision.
