What ground clearance did you wind up with? And they look really sharp ,great video

The mounts are right about 9.5” of off the ground. The mounts started rusting immediately and they look like poop

What keeps the L part of the bolt from just spinning inside the frame when you try to thread on the nut?

@@denverminnich4267 ya know it’s been so long ago I can’t remember really how they stayed put while tightening the nut. I don’t recall having a problem with it. I will say that I don’t recommend these because the mounts started rusting almost immediately. The step is so narrow that it’s easy to roll an ankle if you’re not very careful to turn your foot completely sideways when exiting the van.

@@manvanross Thanks. Hopefully living in the SouthWest will stave off the rust a bit. I expected the L would get hung up on something inside the frame to prevent it from spinning, but that's not the case with the first one I tried. I'm resorting to gripping the bolt with pliers while tightening the nut. Crazy.

@ I think I remember that scenario with the L bolt. Good luck getting it installed!
