Did you not install the upgraded Resistor for the upgrade? Carplaynav send me one for my upgrade, it has silver fins and bolts up to where the old resistor went. It also has 2 harnesses that connect the bezel, new resistor, hvac module, connects to the hvac fan. Mine was the 4 speed hvac conversion to 7 speed.

I have a special service 15 Durango. I’m attempting to install a 2018 8.4 uconnect. Mines does not have a screen just the 5” I don’t have the same connectors coming out of my harness to match the radio’s connectors. I have the new media hub and the radio. Is there anything else I need to do?

Good question but no it's plug and play as long as you have the unlock pin number for the radio.

Hey man. Thx for your service. I have a 2018 ram 2500 SLT. I keep seeing 2013-2018 as a parts range and then 2018-2022. So I’m confused if the parts you show will fit my 2018?

It will fit the 2018. When the changed the body style of the trucks the harness and bezel was changed also for the 2019s.

They have options to click for whatever fan you have and so on so they make multiple harnesses

It will still work. Just don't bother hooking up the dual component. Leave it empty spot empty. Had mine for 4 years, no issues.
