ramadan milkshake, date oats milkshake without dairy milk, no sugar date shake recipe is a healthy drink for iftar is naturally sweetened and rich in fiber, its dairy free ie no added milk in this healthy oats dates milkshake recipe. Its easy to make, filling and healthy #vegan
Ingredients:
3 tbsp rolled oats
7-8 almonds, soaked overnight
1 cup structured water
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp raw cacao powder
3 medjool dates
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
seeds of 2 cardamoms
1 medium banana
1-2 tsp raw cacao nibs

Mam....early morning just one or two betal leaves cut it and add into one glass water and just boil it and let it cool and drink mam....it wl reduce....try it mam

Hi mam,iam trying your receipes most of them you were using flax seeds last month because of my friend suggestion i consumed flax seeds powder it created black dots in my clear skin so whether i should continue or drop it using flax seeds

I just ground some cinnamon I had at home. You can add a cinnamon stick into the blender when blending. Hope this helps.
