Here in the New England autumn we need more heat that can be achieved with the blender🥰 once you add all of the cold noodles and topping this would be ice cold!
@hoon_sol3 жыл бұрын
Heat is produced internally by your own body or through external heating. If you eat something warm when you're cold, that only heats you up extremely briefly, and then you're cold again; likewise, if you eat something cold when you're warm, it only cools you down briefly, and then you're warm again. In other words, the only way to stay warm is to ensure your body is producing enough heat, i.e. through the consumption of adequate carbohydrate and oxygen, turning every single one of your ~100 trillion cells into tiny wood stoves, as well as through externally heating the spaces you're in with actual wood stoves or other forms of heating, like electric heating.

uh, yes it does. depends on what is going on. many things need medication, sorry. you can't get rid of rabies with raw food, or ebola, or a kidney infection, and so on. Don't be daft. Would you not want morphine if you lost a limb? Or would you just eat some carrots? lol. And I have been a raw foodist for 16 years. Hey friends! Kristina, I’ve tried kelp noodles and I soaked them for maybe a minute or two just so they softened and broke apart, but they had this very unpleasant crunch that I just ate because that was my meal lol. Did I not soak them long enough or do they always have a little crunch and won’t get entirely soft no matter how long they soak? Just weary of buying another pack without knowing as they are a bit pricey up here in Alaska. Thank you! ♥️✨⭐️
