Here’s hoping the crew will still be able to play this game, despite Sony being petty little bitches. TLDR: Sony SUPPOSEDLY learned they’d fucked up by making a PSN account mandatory, and retracted that plan when fans lashed back, demanded refunds, and left negative reviews of the game. (to the approval of the game’s developers, since they could go to Sony and use that as evidence of, “You see how badly you just fucked up!?”) HOWEVER, since then, Sony has made Helldiver’s 2 unavailable in 170+ countries where people aren’t able to make PSN accounts in the first place. Personally, I think they’re doing that out of pure spite, just to be petty. (Yes, it’s not available on Steam, but Steam has SAID it’s because THE PUBLISHERS (I.E., Sony) told Steam to pull the game from the store for those countries)
