It’s the people trying to justify what happened to him, because he was arrested? He was arrested for possession of a firearm. He didn’t shoot nor rob anybody. He didn’t resist arrest and was seated in the back quietly. But it’s okay for the police to not strap him in a seatbelt ( against the law), speeding (against the law), toot his horn just because HE almost hit somebody els (against the law) to slam on the break so hard that he hit his head AND PARALYZED HIM. Gaslighting the situation even tho they called the ambulance ( if you wasn’t worried why call the ambulance) and than say he was drunk ( but that was never mentioned when he was arrested in the first place or a breathalyzer? Like really ? 😂 I have to laugh. Nobody deserved this type of punishment. You got picked up from the street minding your business and now can never walk again. But keep justifying it. Maybe your cold heart gets warmed up in hell.

Police should not be allowed to touch a potential spinal injury person until he is evaluated by EMS and a doctor. Grabbing someone and throwing them around like they did is BS. Each officer involved should get 20 years in prison except for the officer driving the van, he should get life. He took away this mans quality of life, its only fair he loses his own quality of life. Enough is enough.

I remember a video about guards in a prison pushing drug dealers down the stairs to paralyze them. This also reminds me of this: Did the driver do a deliberate emergency braking maneuver to paralyze him? It is inconceivable to me that those officers didn't know not to move someone (as much as possible) who has been injured. This was clearly one of those cases where it wasn't imperative to immediately move him. It is also inconceivable, in the case of professionally trained officers who absolutely should know better, that paralyzing someone for life carries only a misdemeanor charge.

He was arrested at a party for possession of a gun, and the cop was unnecessarily speeding and came to a quick stop which resulted in Randy being injured. Then instead of getting him help the police moved him, dragged him, claimed he was drunk and did everything to worsen the injury already sustained. Now that you know what happened does it warrant a reason for him ending up paralyzed by the police recklessness, and does it satisfy you need to indirectly blame the victim for what happened? Because that’s exactly what you’re doing when you say we need to know what happened, you’re blaming the victim just because he was arrested. Also if you really wanted to know what happened you would’ve looked into it and saw that he was cooperating with police from the time he got arrested, and only wasn’t “cooperating” because he couldn’t due to their actions.

Because it's pointless when you watch the evidence. Interesting that that is what you got hung up on, no?

“Nobody” except the DA who dismissed the charges, the news media who reported on it, the mayor who commented on the case, and everyone who took more than five minutes to examine the circumstances surrounding the arrest and subsequent mistreatment. But, sure, yeah. “Nobody.” What was your point again?
