bhai har 3 din baad load badhao, for ex- agar abhi 1 km run karte ho to kalse 1200-1300 meter ki running kro aur aisa 3 dino tak kro 3 din mai 1200 meter easy lagega uske baad dobara 200 se 300 meter add krlo aise dheere dheere load badhate rho aur ho. maine bhi 400m se 3.5km kiya hai 15 dino mai isi tarah

@@amitchoudhary8480 pehle din m bhi 400 meter ka round maar ke thak gya tha dheere dheere workload badhao bas aur diet mai subha dry fruits liya kro pani mai bhigokar aur mosami kha sakte ho daily aur paani peena hai
