A piece of info that puts Ethan higher up the list… The actress who plays Quinn said that in a deleted scene, it’s revealed that their mom was against the revenge plot, so this escalated into Bailey killing his own wife, with Ethan helping kill his own mom. Plus add in that Ethan was trying to prove himself to his dad, who obviously favors Richie.

1. Jill - give credit where credit is due, she’s the closest to winning 2. Billy - the OG … uhhh if you ignore the whole Roman thing 😂 3. Mickie - the one that got in Sidney’s head, performance after reveal is one of my favorites. So many quotable lines lol 4. Stu - remember what I said about mickie having quotable lines? Yeah, move over Mickie 😆 “my mom and dad are gonna be so mad at meeee” but ultimately nothing motive. I just have Matthew Lillard bias hehe 5. Mrs. Loomis - those eyes, those eyes, those eyes haha. 6. Roman - people kept saying Mickie is hot but this is the Ghostface I had the hugest crush on as a kid 😂. His fight with Sidney is great and he’s the only single ghost face 7. Richie - has the best line in scream 5 “HOLY SHIT IT’S GHOSTFACE!” 😂 8. Amber - loved her reveal “I know -BAM-welcome to act 3” Then seeing a Ghostface set on FIRE 👌🏻 lol 9. Jason - just for the “now I see red line” 👀 and fun to have a killer reveal in the beginning 10. Quinn - bloody smile and knife scrape, her only redeeming moment IMO haha 11. Charlie - just his reasoning for stabbing Kirby alone makes him so low on my list lol 12. Prior to all of the controversy around Scream 7, I said the only way to save the trilogy after Scream 6 would be to have Stu be alive. He lead both groups of killers under the condition that he get to kill the original survivors. Fills the plot holes of Amber overpowering Dewy and Quinn overpowering Gal’s new significant other. It was hinted at with Ghostface doing the classic Stu knife hold above Gal.

I always took Roman's relationship with the original movie as he got Billy and Stu to kill Maureen, not necessarily getting them to put on the ghostface mask. He even says "I had no idea they'd make a movie of their own."

Ethan is only a Ghostface to have the shock value of 3 Ghostfaces, it would’ve been a lot tighter narratively to just have the dad/daughter combo (completely wasted parallels to Billy/Sam) and he’s waaaay better as a red herring

Ethan is basically that character who has no purpose other than to be a killer. New guy, hangs around in background with main group, doesn't appear to be getting targeted himself by ghostface etc. I don't have a problem with Jack's performance. Just wished they had done a LOT more with him.

Sorry I didn't have a ranking. Didn't think I was familiar enough with the killers. But I do have a soft spot for Jill. She was ambitious and successful in death. Love that irony. And her self beatdown was so crazy! Love your look today too. The make up, the necklace, everything. You definitely gave Jenna Ortega a run for her money in the Wednesday department! haha I got my Pet Semetary book dusted off and ready to go. I'll start on it tonight. Had it forever. First, everyone's list and opinion are valid. But I don't think people are giving enough credit to Ethan. Each of the 3 would have had to kill someone to done the gf mask. Bailey killed Jason and Greg. Was at the Bodega. (I'm assuming since he wasn't on the scene when the police arrive.) Quinn was on the phone with her dad almost gloating how Sam is totally paranoid. The gf over her would have to be Ethan. Who knows? they're brother and sister so maybe he was about to play a joke on her until the neighbor sees and he goes in and kills quinns bf in the shower and then brings Quinn up to date and plan a fake attack since the neighbor is watching. Ethan killed the bf and Annika. Quinn attacked Mindy and gale. But didn't succeed so I guess she's not a killer. But Quinn ironically is my favorite psycho in this. *edit* she killed gales bf. I just wanted to point out Ethan did do some stuff, even if just as gf.😮

I think Samara Weaving’s character would have worked better as a Ghostface and just take Bailey out. She could have easily been one of the family members (could even do a wink and nod by her switching to an American accent and saying she faked the Australian), but a professor of film studies specializing in horror? Would have given her motive to go after the Core Four, and Ethan could have been given more of a role to fulfill Bailey’s original role, and Quinn could have ducked out because her dad is still a detective and wants her to leave the city. Idk, maybe I’m just rambling on, but I feel like I’m on to something here 😂

Missed the live & am at rank 13/12 rn commenting, but I think Ethan would have been a better character if he’d genuinely been innocent only to find out his family was going around killing everyone. They could have done an interesting kill with him having him figure out who the killers are and die trying to warn his friends because for sure his family would have killed him for being a traitor with their whole schtick. I bought his performance so much more as an innocent person who just happened to seem guilty bc he was in class or something during the killings. If he’d been innocent, his death could have had really interesting implications going forward for Chad’s character seeing as they genuinely seemed so close.

Also, I liked Quinn the most of these killers because she’s the only character that reminds me anything of Stu in the sense that she was brought into the killing by someone else but clearly enjoyed it beyond revenge or anything like that. I honestly think she was just having a good time lol.

Ugh! Just got to you talking about Ethan hearing his dad clearly favor Ritchie. Could have been a great opportunity for them to have Ethan snap and turn on his own family and become the final Ghostface for the movie. Maybe a reach but could have been a cool way to go considering how nonchalant he was throughout the rest of the movie.

Damn totally just spoiled the scream 6 killer. FML. I have no idea why I started watching this before seeing the new one. This one's my fault. But for the record I think I like Stu as number 1 over Billy. Thought Matthew Lillard was the better performance in the first one. He was so unassuming it made the reveal of him as one of the two killers pretty shocking the first time I saw it back in the 90s.

I just seen Your video, but can't help, but find it funny, that You think, in SCREAM4 stabbing was 'killing' - Kirby is literally back to prove us, SCREAM4 didn't cared for bleeding to death, at ALL. PS. Nr 1. for me is always STU. He is literally only Ghostface WITHOUT reason. Jill was 'evil', because wanting fame? YES. Billy was evil, because he killed all his friends, becouse mommy left? Yes. Mikey was bad guy, for killing to pay tuition? DANG YES. 🤣 Meanwhile Stu is like: I killed my ex, my alibi girlfriend, my best friend(almost, but changed mind), stabbed Billy seriously first and did all those other things, because... *IT WAS FUN.* 😂

I think my ranking is 1 - 14 01 Mrs Loomis (the queen of gf. Knowing what they were doing, the makers reversed the original 2 FRIDAY THE 13 movies. The son was the killer in the original and mother in the sequel and both mothers from each film had the same motive. Simple motive that was supported by a purely believable manical performance by Laurie Metcafl, who should be an Oscar winner by now. ) 02 Stu macher (purely unhinged performance. Brilliantly portrayed. Annoying af at times but redeems himself by the films climax .) 03 Billy loomis (mamas boy taking vengeance way too far but also being in touch with horror movies I grew up watching. That alone was so relatable lol) 04 Mickie (motive was typical serial killer style who wants to be caught and he gets to be famous for it. It sells me. Plus, Timothy and Sidney have a great action sequence. 05 Jill Roberts (almost comedy, but how psychotic she portrays herself is quite brilliant. ) 06 Roman Bridger (He was just the biggest mystery of the movie and his motive, so I just was so into the movie because of that.) 07 Quinn Kirsch (She's creepy af when shes approaching Sam with teeth falling out of her bleeding mouth smiling and screeching the knife (like freddy kreuger) sells me. 08 Amber freeman (after the suspension of disbelief factor pushed so far in part 6, I appreciate Amber more and have managed to convince myself she was capable of Dewey's death. ) 09 Charlie walker (I buy the puppet charactor he plays. I think Rory is a great actor and shows a lot of range in the climax. He didn't want to "kill" Kirby and you could tell. Acting wise, he's very impressive.) 10 Ritchie Kirsch (that maniacal laugh sells me) 11Jason (he had a lot of potential) 12 Ethan Kirsch (As a Gf he has one of the most impactful death scenes) 13 Detective Bailey (something about the performance seemed off, but the fight between him and Sam is pretty cool) 14 Greg (What did he do? )
