Sourdough starter is a fermented live culture that takes time and is easy to get wrong. It's basically like how people good in bed take their time to do it right and get it right. Worked in a bakery and it was hardest to make overall

Sourdough starter is a slurry mix of aged bread made for future production. some sourdough starter is put in sourdough bread mix to improve its flavour. you "feed" it by replenishing the remaining starter for the next production by adding water, flour and small dough lumps to mature until the next use. Some sourdough starters are very old, and some keep their recipes a secret as its where the taste of their product comes from. Im a professional baker, and this was my life for many decades. Surely that helps explain the shirt...yeh?
