Arvin, have you ever considered doing a ranking of Best to Worst Mansions you've reviewed throughout the year as a sort of summary? IMO this style of video would be great as a year-ender to summarize your reviews :)

How can you give Perry's a 3 for security because it's not in a gated community, but Courtney Cox gets a 6 and was also not in a gated community? Perry's was at least in a cul-de-sac, so it discourages non-residential vehicle and foot traffic

Price to Value Ratio is something that needs to be addressed and or added here. A $50m v $5m house (hypothetically), can't be fairly compared.

Even though David's house is by far my favorite architecturally, and Matt's house looks incredibly appealing, I have to say, based on what was shown in the video, Jennifer's house is definitely the winner. The interior design, the layout (even with the long walks when you need to "go across") and especially the garden, which is absolutely amazing! It would be really hard for me to leave this home for any reason, even if only for an hour!

The only reason I know a Realtor wouldn't know who owns a house is if the title of the House is under an LLC or something other than the owners name. Great way to stay anonymous and protect your assets.

Can you review some of the old money mansions of periods like the gilded age versus the new money mansions & newage mcmansions which tend to lack craftsmanship and interior character? Always wanted to see your input on that and historic architecture, especially since celebrities' tastes in mansions are so....cookie-cutter and surface level. Just large modernist or contemporary looking blocks stacked with no ornamentation, history, or character. No hardwoods is a shame.

In my eyes it's indeed a requirement to have a decent flat area on the lot as you say but two different elevations on the lot can be very attractive when it comes to landscaping or architecture. All flat an be boring. Plus different elevations allow you to hide/tuck away some things like for example a tennis court which you might not want to have in your line of sight all the time. 11:33 really depends on the layout and how these wings are used (e.g. guest wing, family wing, office wing, stuff living quarters) which we don't know. So it could be good as there's reason why some people have separate guest houses or homes for their staff (gives you more privacy while still having live-in staff).

I thought Jen would be at the top. She is a connoisseur of homes, like museum quality. I thought Courtney might be right up there with her, but she is close. I am intrigued by Matt’s (former?) home. Would love to see the inside. Sometimes a layout like that matches well with a lifestyle? The surprise to me is that you did not downgrade any of the lots featuring a steep and close drop off.
