Whenever I see Sandlot on the tube I have to stop and enjoy watching it. Truly a take me back in time movie. Makes me think back to my youth in the 60s playing baseball with our crew at our local playground which had several different ball fields. Seemed like life would last forever. Your making me wax nostalgic Adam for the good ole days.

Very nice and accurate coverage of the Glendale area of SLC and Utah. I grew up a block away from Glenrose Drive and Navajo Street and My Maternal Grandparents lived right on Glendale Drive and I literally "grew" up in that entire area. The Supermercado was a Safeway back in the 60s-80s and it just brought back so many memories. You have an awesome channel and I love how you cover the things that nobody else is or even thinks about covering. Stay safe in your travels and you will always have a friend here in SLC. PEACE!

Nice! I live maybe 10 minutes away from that pharmacy. That area is old Midvale, so it isn't the busiest of areas, although I like the feel of old Midvale. That one building in disrepair was most recent, a Mexican restaurant, if I remember right. I'm not sure whether it was ever a bank, but it wouldn't surprise me. My brother's band played a few shows in that old theater back in the day. There's a pretty cool card shop in that area too! Really cool to see!

My boys loved The Sandlot. We had the movie and must have watched it 500 times back in the day. I had no idea the lot was in Utah. What a crazy neighborhood. Hey Adam. Have been enjoying your coverage of Utah. It’s great to see all the places you go to here as I live in Salt Lake by the Fairgrounds. Love the Sandlot coverage. I grew up in American Fork where you did the Footloose spots and lived right up the street from the church. I was 12 when they filmed Sandlot and the carnival scenes were right down the street from the church and we went down to see if we could be extras when they were filming. They kept us there awhile but then told us they had enough people. That building on the corner in Midvale was a bank way back in the day and then a Mexican restaurant. And they still had the huge bank safe when I ate there once at the restaurant. Thanks for keeping me entertained with the Vlog. Great Job.

In downtown Midvale, there is (I hope it's still around) the best authentic Mexican food around called La Fondita. Also, there is a park in Rose Park neighborhood called Riverside Park, where they used the baseball fields to play a bunch of rival kids.
