Laura, I am 62 years old and am just now beginning to learn the joys of cooking. I am disabled, but back surgery on July 30th has now allowed me to stand in front of the stove/counter. I am so grateful for your wonderful inspiration, I really like learning from you. I made these today (must confess, I did lightly glaze them) THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. The dough was so soft and fluffy and yes, very easy to work with. THANK YOU for sharing your life and inspiring others to learn the joy of cooking from scratch - no matter what age!!!

I just made these and your cinnamon roll dough is honestly so good!!! I used strawberries instead of raspberries cause that's what we have at home. Amazing!!! The roll is so pillowy and soft and not too dry and delicious!

You should try a Lemon Cream Cheese Icing on them, something a little tart and sweet. Lemons and raspberries go great together.

Made this twice and it’s supee delicious!! The dough is seriously so soft and fluffy oh my god. The only mistake that I’ve made is leaving it in the oven too long, when the tops are literally “golden brown” they get hard really easily once you take it out. So make sure to have it “lightly” golden brown. TRY THESE SERUOUSLY.
