Weld a piece of tubing with an inner diameter of the wagons hitch bolt on the inside of the trailer handle, that way there is no movement where you tow!

The Bumper car would make an excellent monster truck or poor man's UTV. Just build a chassis under it with big tires, full suspension, 4wheel drive, add a roll cage, and it would look badass and would be the talk of every show or meetup. Yall have to do it! lol.

Get some rivnuts and just drill the holes on each side of the frame to match the tub.

Add an engine to the trailer so it can go scouting on it´s own. A tiny handlebar behind the hook with a simple thumb throttle and a brake lever.

Great work. Try a cheap overhaul trick I learned many years ago on those old 5hp briggs. Order oversized rings and grind the gaps down so they just barely fit in the top of the cylinder where the rings haven't worn the cylinder. This will stop the smoking. It isn't the best fix but it's quick and cheap...........one hour total?
