Okay, so this is my campaign, and since a lot of people have been asking, I'll clarify a few things: The reason why some factions are in weird places is because I've played this campaign with a random start mod (Totally random total war generator on Steam workshop). Alarielle apeears level 813 due to a visual bug, probably leftover from some other mod (I removed all mods before sending in the save file). Also, Legend actually missed one of the important factors of this doomstack, which is Loremaster's Cloak on one of the mages, granting an aura of 22% magic resistance. It gets the phoenixes to 84% magic res, which makes them almost immune to all types of damage. This doomstack is so absurdly strong even in auto-resolve, it would actually wipe these 4 chaos armies without any casualties (altough with quite a bit of damage on the phoenixes). Funny thing is, AI never wanted to send more than 4 armies against it, no matter what I did. Thanks again Legend for rating it, I've put a lot of cheese into it :)

That'd be because its impossible to have more than 4 armies in a battle, its why even if you attack the chaos invasion while its all bunched up you'll never fight more than 4 armies at once even though more than that are within reinforcement range.

Phoenixes are literally my favorite mythical creature (above dragons, unicorns are third) so you know I love them in theory, they just need to look more fire-y. Yeah, especially since the enemies were 99% melee and blobbed up on the few phoenixes, both types of his casters (life and fire) could have just torn the chaos armies apart like nothing. This entire fight was like a really agile gazelle just styling on an alligator by continually jumping back and forth across the river over its head.

I usually put two normal phoenixes in these stacks, to do drive-bys while the arcanes sit in melee. Ends up doing a fair amount of damage and speeds things up a bit.

This is among the most powerful armies in the game. It would be excellent for fighting against other doomstacks if the AI could recruit them. Only dread-incarnate spam could really beat this... And even then it would be difficult to force a route due to the difficulty of creating leadership penalties when they will always have faster stronger bonus. It may simply be the strongest army in the game, and so well worth the 50k+ it costs at this point in the campaign (accounting for entrepreneurs). Actually given the huge post battle loot it gets and it's aggressive potential this may even be optimal over entrepreneurs for producing gold. I certainly wouldn't feel bad about recruiting it based on it's economic cost to performance ratio.

They normally get 15% there is a tech for 5 so that's 20 a lord skill in the red line called heart of the flame i think gives another 5 so thats 25 and one of the characters have diamond guardian phoneix that gives 12% mapwide buff so that's the 37%

Flamable is pretty easy Also entrepreneur u just get capacity through the tier 4 building and then prioritise recruiting and disbanding the traits that costs 40 influnce for entrepreneur and the 10 ones for flamable what's quite hard to get us actually the flammable life archemage
