Bane not being S tier is a crime. He is, in my eyes, the perfect Batman villain. He challenges him physically, intellectually, and morally, and he is, to my knowledge, the first villain to deduce his secret identity, even before he first appeared on panel.

You make a great case for Bane, but I do believe Ra’s Al Ghul beat Bane to it back in 1971 when Robin was kidnapped from college by him and Talia. Regardless, maybe Bane is S Tier.

enjoyable watch but you are definitely under appreciating a few villains here. also batman who laughs is WAY TOO HIGH, he is nowhere near as compelling as even anyone you have put in D tier imo
