I'm not telling you to do this but I am saying if you will go find all the criminals who have just gotten out or are on parole and put them back in prison you will find your crime rate will go down. It's crimes are being committed by people who already have a record. Yes there are first-timers that have not been caught convicted yet and that's bad. But most of the shootings and murders and armed robberies and carjackings and home invasions that are being committed or being committed by people who have already been through the system and have a track record of crime and violence. Get them off the street or you'll never see an end to this.

Unfortunately the gun buy back program only collected a little over 800 guns. That's not even a dent in the amount of guns that is still on the streets. I'm surprised that they collected that many. Even though it was a no ask policy in place, no one is gonna turn in a gun that probably has one or more bodies on it.

Dang at least call for an ambulance!! Say the area the person is laying and that you believe he or she is deceased!! Say you were on a exercise walk plain and simple as that. I called a couple of weeks ago for a guy on the highway that looked like he might have been having a heart attack. He looked in distress, so I told the 911 operator what I saw, color of his truck and the area, that’s was it. He thanked me, and we were done.

I must say that I love your Sarcasm. I'm from Detroit, MI by the way. Detroit is a one of kind city. At 18 years old, straight out of high school, I made over $100k working for Chrysler. I bought my first home at 19, bought a cottage in Canada at 20, became a landlord with a property management company at 22. All from living in Detroit. I am not white, but I made more money without having to attend college. My mother and Father work for National Steel also known as Great Lakes Steel. Parenting my 5 children who are all successful doesn't mean they are not prone to violence. Living in your neighborhoods do not provide protection or safety. I lived next door to a child predator, who was into child porn, a man in my subdivision was selling opioids out of his pharmacy illegally; let's not speak on killing for insurance money which is quite prevalent with your kind. The school shootings are also heartbreaking. However, people like you love gentrification of the urban cities you just mentioned.
