malikail57 and it didn’t have to! I agree with Ric (a very rare occurrence) that Hennig should have been kept with the horseman. NWO needed a real faction to feud with, and with Benoit, Flair and Hennig it could have been a good team (especially if they made Mongo an auxiliary horseman and replaced him with an actual worker like Milenko who i believe is comparable to Tully within the original incarnation).

I love actually going back and watching it all and deciding for myself. I actually disagree with a lot of www’s match grades. He puts far more emphasis on the moves performed than the storytelling of the matches. Ideally a match has both aspects, but if it only has one he has a heavy preference for the move heavy matches over the storytelling based matches.

This skit I think was referencing Basic Instinct as much as it was A Few Good Men. The Irony is the Time Warner merger is what lead to Ted losing control of his own company and in turn to the demise of WCW, it was the Time Warner people who replaced Bischoff with Russo.

Isn't it funny that Vince accused Ted Turner of doing EVERYTHING that he himself has been doing since DAY ONE?!

Very late to the Wrestling Bios game, but absolute loving this series. Amazing how small the Nitro roster seems compared to RAW at this time. Its the same 10 people in a different order every week. While WWF obviously also has heavily recurring characters, at least theres a variety of mid card matches!

Yeah there was definitely a giant hole in the mid-card at WCW that the Cruiserweights ended up filling!
