Her PhD thesis was absolutely abysmal. I spent a good two hours on it because I didn't want to be biased. It contributes little to absolutely zero value and her final conclusion section states "I view breaking practice, including that of my own and my peers, as rich with possibilities and potential transformations that I leave open and looking outward." As someone who has written a thesis, THAT conclusion in itself is the problem of choosing a topic too abstract or, dare I say the truth, self-centered.

She really is an awful person and all that smiling and giggling doesn't make up for the fact that her and her husband scammed their way and took the position of somebody who was probably working hard their whole life and very talented. Just try to always keep in mind that it took a lot of scamming for her to get to where she is and she's playing it off like she's innocent

I also did extensive research on her. The breaking people said that her qualification for the Olympics was fair. In the competitions in Paris, she had no chance against the best of the sport, so she tried to do very different moves and it didn't work. That's what happened, but part of the world was very intolerant and started to judge and condemn her for everything she did.

The only question is why did she even go to the Olympics if she knew that she hasn‘t the level of skill? I guess selfconfidence. And that‘s all fine with me. But then you have to live with the consequences of being judged. 😅
