Hello! I can't say anything in comparison to the viper as I have not tried it. but I can say it is very light and smooth. smoother than the Logitech G502, if you have ever tried that. zero stiffness imo. hope that helps!

How to charge it??

it is charged via provided usb to micro usb cable. which in this case, you will be using the mouse as a wired mouse as it is charging.

It does. But you can also plug it in here so that when you wanna switch to wired mode to charge you wont be taking up 2 usb ports. Hope that helps!

Yep! Well a dongle that works specifically with the mouse. Not a universal bluetooth one.
