You need to plug in the mouse’s usb directly into the charging dock for the lighting to work and sync up.

I had the same lighting issue and charging issue. Plugging the dock into your pc and then firmly forcing the USB C cable into the dock solved thg problem for me!

It really works after pushing the dock cable so hard. However, the doc needs to be connected to the laptop or PC directly. A third-party power bank or mobile charger won't help.

There was a problem with charging (it wouldn’t take a charge), the first time they changed it under warranty, the second time it was the same. I solved the problem by disassembling the mouse and disconnecting the battery. After this everything works

Contact Razer customer support. They fixed it for me after a month of troubleshooting though. They updated the software on my charging dock and now it works. I will update my description later.

Well at least it charges I have the exact same mouse :D (cyberpunk edition too :D) and it has really difficulty charging it is inconsistent. Contacted razer they are sending me a new one. it is incredible that for a 200$ mouse there are so many problem! I'm regretting not sticking with logitech!

I recommend it if you like Razer products because even though I prefer the Logitech G Pro Wireless, this mouse is still decent and aesthetically pleasing as well. It is also ergonomically comfortable more compared to the Logitech G Pro Wireless mouse.

I submitted a customer support ticket at razer website and then they did a lot of troubleshooting until they finally fixed it by updating the docks drivers. This whole process took 4 weeks with back and forth emailing. It was a real pain in the butt but I'm just glad it all worked out in the end.

I didn't do it. Razer did it for me. You need to submit a customer support ticket to them and they will go through the troubleshooting process with you. That was how they fixed it for me.
