Thank you sooo much! I have been looking for instructions like this for the past 2 days. I blew up the esc in my 903a and bought a hobbywing 16BL30 to replace it. I also bought a program card so I wouldnt have this issue. I got the esc and it has no external connection for a program card, The instructions are terrible and the only instructions I found online were to set endpoints. Thank you so much for this video! It all makes sense now lol.

I have 1 question though. When I turn everything on, my steering turns left a bit so I trim it but the truck does not turn all right all the way. It turns left all the way but not right. How do I fix it?

Lol I just had to do this on my kraton v3 two days ago,I should’ve made a video cus once u understand the beeps it’s simple as hell, u were looking at punch settings not drag brake,but u caught it, punch goes up to 9 on my blx esc

I am sure on all models but I have programmed my xerun manually before i ordered the wifi adapter. much easier with the adapter but do able

Please, do you have a link to the flowchart for programing ? like i need to know what beep 1 is and beep 2 and such. like i understand how to program I just need a chart or something to tell me what each number beep is for. like 5 is for brake force and drag brake is 2. what is 1 and 3 and 4 and so on. ?

What esc? Usually you c an find the programming instructions online or in the truck manual depending on the model

Thank you so much! The manual doesn't say the long beep is 5. I was trying to set voltage cut and every time it got to 5 with the long beep I thought I was going back to 1 and I was getting frustrated.

So on the WP-8BL150 RTR there is no option to change motor rotation ??

I do not think so... but way way to do that is to flip the 2 outside wires on the motor/ESC connection. Leave middle to middle and swap the other 2.... then reset your throttle parameters and you should be good

Hello I have this esc i follow the instructions to calibrate it to my erevo but never works any help will be appreciated I hold the set button and turn esc on then leave it in the middle press the set but nothing happens no recognition am i do it wrong ?

I have the hobbywing quic run 1/8 150 amp car esc running in hpi buggy. When running 4s, no problem when running 5-6s, thermal shutdown happened so I disabled it with program card and still get shut down why is this??? Cant do what its rated for?? I need to run 5-6 on this thing!!!!

5S is almost impossible as most sensorless ESC's won't adjust to the 5S, needs sensored to run 5 properly.. If you are having issues going from 4S to 6S then you may have the gearing off.. If you have it geared too high it can cause thermal shutdown when pushing everything to the max limits, like 6S

@@43rocket I use PL but it has come off in spots over time ans i have to touch up along the way. maybe the new PL belted tires will be a better choice for you. I should have mine this week for stock. i also have Powerhobby 3.8's coming that are belted

you can manually program an xerun but there are more options involved with that esc... should be same just more scrolling. The wifi module for the better hobbywings though make it so much more simplified and the XeRuns produce alot more info to the module and app that the Ezruns don't, like RPM reached, temps hit and more.

I have the hobbywing EZRUN Max10, i did exactly how you described but I can’t get my reverse to work

sometimes if you have a remote with dials if the Throttle trim falls just below 0, it cuts off reverse. I always put mine and tell people to put it just above 0, but still touching it and it should eliminate it if that was the issue

I have the nice more expensive blue led program box with usbc and it connects to your computer this box won't work on this stupid esc i tried everything the box just sits there saying connecting to esc that's it.
