You mentioned you will show how to use the clone to clone remote, but it wasn't on this video. Is there a link to the video where you show got to clone a Merlin remote, then link this to the motor? Thx.

Does every time you set a new remote means all other remote set before that last remote you set means they all working after they all set or every time you set a new remote means that remote is now the only one working

HI Mosese, no if you program a new remote to this motor the old remotes will continue to work. Sometimes the motor will not allow you to program any more remotes to the motor and this is because the motor is full and you would have to delete all the remotes then start programming remotes back to motor. hello how do i clear the memory from my RCM11B to be programmed to my new roller door. I moved house and the lights still flash on my RCM11B so its still got memory of my other door if that makes sense.

Hi there, do you know if it is possible to use a broadlink with Merlin doors? I have bought one in the hope I can control the door via Alexa/phone app but so far it is proving difficult. I am wondering if it is to do with the pairing process of normal remotes. The broadlink picks up the input of me pressing the open/close buttons during the set up process but it does not pair/sync with it.

Hi Rusty We use a product called Garadget this unit can be attached to pretty much any motor and has Alexa skills/drivers available.
