Watching from Brazil. From what I have observed the bridge will have 8 lanes...4 going and 4 coming.

I think it will be two lanes in each direction. There is only one deck. If it were a double deck bridge then perhaps it could have 8 lanes.

I would love to see the completion of the Cacique Crown Hotel. However, I think the location would be better in linden or maybe Lethem. The name lends representation to the indigenous peoples of Guyana.
